Why was Inmate #19 arrested?

Inmate #18 was arrested for trespassing from a previous employers store front which she was fired from.


Now Inmate #19 minus the hair looks like she could be a normal person with some potential to be something but was this inmate arrested for Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs or was she arrested for criminal mischief because she went to her ex-boyfriends home and through rocks threw his windows of his apartment?  Tell your friends about this blog.
