Why was Inmate #14 arrested Our first female

So Inmate #13 that makes you say WTF! was picked up for petit theft guess big guy got a little hungry.

Now Inmate #14 this lady is a hard one to guess why she was arrested because possibly its bizare.....does this lady have an obsession with trolls and thats why she has hair like one and she was caught breaking into homes searching for kids with troll dolls or was she arrested for possession of crack cocaine?  tell your friends and see if you guys or girls can guess why.
