inmate 1 What was he arrested for?

Now here is a person who was informed he had to take a photo that would be in the paper and be seen by a judge.  Now was he standing prim and proper and two seconds before the pic someone said hey you know your under arrest for being caught sleeping next to that goat or was it a DUI?  Comment below with your thoughts.  It may surprise you.

p.s. yesterdays inmate was in prison for being a pedaphile hence the yellow guess him and big bird had something in common.
