Why was Inmate #17 arrested were bring you another female

Ok everyone not sure if Inmate #16 was too easy but he was brought into jail for public intoxication.

Now Inmate #17 was this lovely female brought in for battery on a law enforcement officer when she refused to leave a highschool sporting event? or was she arrested for snorting so much cocaine that nose began to bleed trying to get rid of the evidence as she was being pulled over?
