Why is Inmate #15 arrested??? try and guess

Well inmatesdaily.com's first female inmate(#14) looked like a troll but she was caught with some crack.

Alright Inmate #15 looks like maybe a correctional officer stuck a finger in his butt during a strip search but was he strip searched? So was he arrested for trafficking cocaine or simple assault for threatening a girl in a night club?
