What was this guy arrested for Inmate #3

From the looks of this guy I am sure you all will go crazy with thoughts about how this guy was arrested.  So tell me people was this guy arrested for murder? armed robbery? or public intoxication? or not any of these? you tell me comment below.

ps. inmate one from yesterday was arrested for DUI
