Why was Inmate #16 arrested? Follow the blog and guess

Inmate #15 may of had a finger in his butt but it wasn't because of a strip search.  He was arrested for being a coward and assaulting a lady at a night club.

Now this guy its pretty imminent that he hasn't been taking the best care of himself but possibly looks are decieving.  So was this guy arrested for public intoxication because he was stumbling down the strip with a beer in a brown bag or was he picked up for having a warrant for failure to pay child support?  Ask your friends to try and guess daily
